The campaign for Mike Goldfarb, a candidate for Congress in New York’s 9th Congressional District, announced today that the campaign reported $268,458 in receipts during the fourth quarter, the largest single-quarter total ever reported by an insurgent Democrat running in NY-09.

"This week my daughter was rushed to the emergency room; next week my wife and I will sit down and figure out if we can afford the health insurance we used for her care.

"If this system is working for you—stick with the incumbents that have gotten us here. If you’re as fed up as I am, let’s try something new."

Yesterday, NY-09 congressional candidate, Mike Goldfarb, filed a bar complaint against Acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, the attorney tied to the prosecution in Virginia, and formally urged Halligan’s office to petition the court to unseal the grand jury records in the interest of full transparency.

Following the release of the 20 remaining living hostages in Gaza, Mike Goldfarb, candidate for NY-09, issued the following statement:

"Today brings an overwhelming rush of emotion as all 20 living hostages held by Hamas have finally returned home after two long years of captivity."

Michael Goldfarb raised almost as much money in two days as Rep. Yvette Clarke had in her campaign account in June.

"Shame on President Trump for turning the Department of Justice into a political weapon. This isn’t justice, it’s retaliation against a public servant who holds the powerful accountable. Our institutions deserve trust, not theatrics — because when justice becomes performance, democracy suffers."

Lifelong New Yorker, Mike Goldfarb, has announced his candidacy for New York's 9th Congressional District. A successful businessman and father raising his family in NY-09, Goldfarb is setting out to usher in a new generation of leadership at a time when Democrats are hungry for change. 

In the district, which includes the neighborhoods of Crown Heights, Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Goldfarb said he’ll focus on “bread and butter issues” like food, housing, education, childcare and transportation. He also wants to fight back against the “indignities — and frankly, I think the illegal actions — of the Trump administration,” he said.
