Goldfarb Celebrates Ceasefire And Hostage Release
Brooklyn - Following the release of the 20 remaining living hostages in Gaza, Mike Goldfarb, candidate for NY-09, issued the following statement:
"Today brings an overwhelming rush of emotion as all 20 living hostages held by Hamas have finally returned home after two long years of captivity.
"Their release marks a moment of light after profound darkness and a reminder that peace, however distant, is still worth striving for.
"Our hearts remain with the families of those who did not come home, including two Americans whose loved ones still wait for closure."

ABOUT MIKE GOLDFARB:
Mike understands that Washington isn't working and New York families are being left behind. The grandson of Holocaust survivors and the son of first-generation college graduates, Mike grew up working in his parents’ small businesses, where he learned resilience, responsibility, and the value of hard work. He carried those lessons into college, eventually graduating cum laude from Harvard University. Mike spent his career creating and leading mission-driven companies that connect the U.S. to emerging markets and strengthen our role in the global economy. Mike served as chief of staff and president for the U.S. at CAB Payments. Before that, he played a key role in launching Taptap Send, a service that made it faster and more affordable for immigrants and families to send money to loved ones overseas. His experience leading teams, managing major financial undertakings, and working across borders is exactly the kind of pragmatic, solutions-driven approach he will bring to Congress.
