A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERSHIP

Brooklyn cannot afford leaders who sit on the sidelines while our future is under attack.

Mike knows what it means to work hard and deliver real results. The grandson of Holocaust survivors and the son of first-generation college graduates, he grew up working in his family’s neighborhood toy store, where he learned resilience, responsibility, and the value of showing up every single day. Like many families here, his own faced setbacks—including when his father went through the criminal legal system. Mike saw firsthand how those challenges ripple through a household, shaping his conviction that real leadership means building safer communities while also ensuring fairness, accountability, and opportunity for every family.
In his family’s toy store, Mike learned that if you don’t provide the best possible service, customers will go somewhere else. Earning trust meant being honest, being accountable, and always being present. Politics should work the same way—leaders should fight just as hard to earn and keep the trust of the people they represent.

Mike carried those lessons into his education and career. He graduated with honors from Harvard University before going on to build and lead mission-driven companies. As a founder at multiple companies and later as a senior executive at CAB Payments, he built organizations that delivered opportunity, expanded financial access, and managed major cross-border operations. His record of leading teams and solving complex problems is the pragmatic, solutions-driven experience he will bring to Congress.
Now raising his family in the district, Mike represents a new generation of leadership: pragmatic, forward-looking, and ready to fight back. In Congress, he will work every day to make sure NY-09 finally gets the respect, resources, and results it deserves—standing up for small businesses, protecting vulnerable communities, and restoring dignity to families who just want a fair shot. As a father, he is committed to building a safer community for his child and for every American. And unlike career politicians who put self-preservation first, Mike will champion reforms such as term limits, a ban on stock trading by members of Congress, and closing the loopholes that allow Washington to serve itself instead of the people.
That’s why Mike Goldfarb is getting into the arena, and with your help, he’ll be your voice in Congress.
